Can I return/exchange my items?

You are able to return any unopened items within 30 days after delivery by following the instructions below. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened items due to hygienic reasons for all our products.

If you have not opened the product(s), you may return them by shipping the items back to us. Returns usually take 7-14 days to be received and processed. Once your return has been processed, we will issue a refund or create an exchange order and notify you via email. Please note that returns not meeting these requirements will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Such returns will be discarded and not sent back to the sender.
